Important Things to Know
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. People seek counseling for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, major life changes, chronic health concerns, or simply feeling stuck. Therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop new coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. You do not have to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels manageable while beginning to identify goals for treatment.

You can reach out through the contact form to ask questions, request a consultation, or inquire about current availability. You don’t have to know exactly what to say. A simple message letting me know that you’re interested in therapy is enough to begin.
