Our Work

We often carry so much—responsibilities, expectations, invisible burdens. In therapy, you’ll find a space that’s compassionate, judgment-free, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your life.
You might be exhausted from trying to “push through” or frustrated that no one seems to truly get it. Maybe you're grieving the life you thought you'd have, or struggling to balance your health with relationships, work, and life in general. These experiences are valid—and you don’t have to face them alone. Whatever you're carrying, I want you to know—there’s space for it here.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life practicality. This isn’t about judgment or quick fixes. It’s about helping you feel seen, supported, and more equipped to move forward in a way that’s aligned with you.
Healing looks different for everyone. Let’s figure out what it means for you.

What to Expect

01

Getting Started

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both empowering and a little overwhelming — and that’s okay. My goal is to make the process as smooth, supportive, and welcoming as possible. I offer a 15 minute phone or video consultation at no cost. This gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your needs and goals, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a low-pressure space to ask questions and get a feel for how we might work together — no commitment necessary.

02

First Session Together

The first session can feel a little nerve-wracking — that’s totally normal. My goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where you can feel at ease. In this initial session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals and expectations, and begin building a plan for how we can work together to help you flourish.

We’ll also review any assessments you may have completed and go over what the results might mean in the context of your care. This first conversation is a chance for us to begin building a supportive, collaborative relationship — and you're always welcome to ask questions along the way.

03

Ongoing Support

In our second session and beyond, we’ll take time to understand how you currently manage stress and what coping looks like for you. Together, we’ll identify areas where you'd like to feel stronger or more supported. Coping skills are a big part of the therapy process — and sometimes, it’s about relearning how to take care of ourselves during tough moments. As we work through the challenges that brought you to therapy, we’ll build tools to help you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with more confidence and clarity.
