What I Offer

Sessions are held virtually. If you are in the Huntsville/Madison area and would like an in-person session please reach out and we can schedule an in-person appointment.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Effective for anxiety, depression, OCD, and more.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Addresses the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and families suffering from the destructive effects of early trauma.

 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

A skills-based approach that combines CBT with mindfulness. Often used for emotion regulation, borderline personality disorder, and trauma.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Explores unconscious processes and past experiences to gain insight into current behavior and emotional challenges.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Goal-oriented and future-focused, helping clients build on their strengths to create change in a short time.

 Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Incorporates present-moment awareness practices to reduce stress and increase emotional regulation.

 Person-Centered Therapy

Rooted in unconditional positive regard and empathy, this approach empowers clients through a nonjudgmental, supportive relationship.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Encourages acceptance of thoughts and feelings while committing to values-driven action.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Explores “parts” within the self, helping clients heal internal conflicts and wounded parts with self-compassion.

Narrative Therapy

Helps clients reframe their personal story, separating themselves from problems and identifying strengths.
